Microsoft August Security Bulletins
Yesterday was Patch Tuesday at Microsoft. There is one new bulletin:
MSO4-026
, labeled Moderate which fixes vulnerabilities in Exchange Server 5.5 SP4 and Outlook Web Access, and one updated bulletin:
MS04-020
labeled Important, which adds Interix 2.2 to the list of affected applications. You can get these security patches from
here
, but it might be best to just go to the Windows Update site (Microsoft's or your own Software Update Service server) for each of your systems and allow the service to pick and choose which updates you need. The benefit of turning on Windows Update is that you should start to see Windows XP Service Pack 2 start to show up.
