Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 Released

Microsoft's flagship developer tool, Visual Studio 2005 has finally received its long-awaited Service Pack 1. There are downloads for the Studio Products as well as Team Foundation Server. I have applied all updates across my network, and while it took quite some time to update my Visual Studio Team Suite (consisting of Visual Studio itself, Visual Studio Tools for Office, and Team Explorer), it was well worth it! Compile speeds on my newer dual core processors are a real pleasure. The IDE also just feels more stable. The TFS update requires an additional KB quick fix download to be installed first, to allow TFS to be quiesced (Microsoft speak for quieted or paused?) during the actual update.
